Educational Qualification

Experience

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

• Understanding the customer specification as well as Contract Documents from a technical requirement point of view.
• Design and develop electrical panel layouts, schematics, and wiring diagrams using Eplan software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, electrical engineers, and technicians, to ensure the successful completion of projects.
• Conduct thorough technical reviews and assessments to identify potential risks, optimize design efficiency, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Participate in the selection of appropriate components, such as circuit breakers, relays, connectors, and other electrical equipment, based on project requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation of design changes, specifications, and project milestones.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements and emerging trends in electrical panel design and Eplan software.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Having sound knowledge of Design concepts for Fixed & Draw out type panel
• Knowledge of MCC/PCC/APFC Panel, switchgear, and LT/HT Switchboard Design
• Knowledge of Protection relay and logic development will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of the selection of Automation component
• Having good command over AutoCAD and E-PLAN is a mandatory requirement

Education:

-Degree / Diploma Engineering in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation

Experience:

-Min 2 to 8 years of work experience in designing LT / HT Panel and Automation Panels.

Qualification

Degree / Diploma Engineering (IC/EC/Power Elec./Electrical) experience

A certification course in Automation is a mandatory criterion for candidates

Job Description

0 to 2 years experience in Automation and VFD or sound knowledge of PLC, Ladder logic, SADA, Program Development, HMI, Drive etc.

Preference will be given to the candidate having hands-on experience in system software development & commissioning of Siemens Automation.

Job Description

• The candidate should be competent to develop solutions for unique industrial applications using IoT hardware and its software platform like Siemens Mindsphere/PTC Thingwoks/IBM Watson/Equivalent.
• Able to integrate real-time data from business systems, control systems and industrial devices.
• Well versed with embedded design concepts using sensors, actuators, processors, memory & relevant hardware.
• Proficient with backend or script-side of a dynamic application like OPC that works on request-response architecture comprises of API's, databases, frameworks, service workers, and an operating system.
• Competent to script using one or more languages like C#, PHP, Java, .Net, Python, JavaScript, Microsoft SQL (Server Integration Services & Server Reporting Services).
• Have knowledge about Communication Protocols used in the industrial arena with DCS/PLC such as Modbus RTU, EtherNet/IP, Ethernet TCP/IP as well as Data Collection Protocols like MQTT, CoAP, SMTP, HTTP, HTTPS, UDP, FTP, PDP, etc.
• Experience with interfacing IoT devices to industrial machines and PLC/DCS. Must be knowledgeable about control system hardware and IP networking. Front end experience to develop user-centric GUIs with concepts of UI/UX design is necessary.
• Awareness of emerging technologies such as data science, predictive analytics, machine learning, AI, VR, and AR is a plus.

Objective of the Role:

Electrical project execution: Estimation, planning, order processing, outsourcing, site supervision, co-ordination with customer and third party.

Monitoring and co-ordination with different function within organization and escalation of non-compliance to complete project in timely manner.

Key roles and responsibilities are as below:

Key Accountabilities:

• Timely execution of projects as per kick off decision.
• Customer complaints resolution in time & customer satisfaction
• Kick-off meeting scheduling & effectiveness.
• Regular MIS on project to management decision.
• Contractual cost monitoring to minimise escalation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor project progress and conduct Weekly project review meetings to appraise the status and resolve challenges to expedite.
• Site activity management.
• Short supply management.
• Coordination with customers, contractors & other concerned parties.
• Coordination with marketing, production, and projects to close the site and get the completion certificate.
• Estimation of contractor work at site.
• Sub-Contracting work allocation.
• Analysis of customer complaints and plans to reduce the same.
• Co-ordinating with customer for CFAT scheduling.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Should be good at communication and co-ordination.
• Should have good eye for detail.
• Vigilant and should be good at proactively identifying the delays/issues and timely escalate it for effectively resolving the issues.
• Good at email correspondence.
• Good at managing MIS through MS Excel and making presentation in PowerPoint.

Must Criteria:

• Owning a vehicle with a driving license is a mandatory requirement.
• Preferably the candidate should be from Gujarat only OR ready to relocate to Surat, Gujarat.
