Key Roles & Responsibilities :

• Understanding the customer specification as well as Contract Documents from a technical requirement point of view.
• Design and develop electrical panel layouts, schematics, and wiring diagrams using Eplan software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, electrical engineers, and technicians, to ensure the successful completion of projects.
• Conduct thorough technical reviews and assessments to identify potential risks, optimize design efficiency, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Participate in the selection of appropriate components, such as circuit breakers, relays, connectors, and other electrical equipment, based on project requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation of design changes, specifications, and project milestones.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements and emerging trends in electrical panel design and Eplan software.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Having sound knowledge of Design concepts for Fixed & Draw out type panel
• Knowledge of MCC/PCC/APFC Panel, switchgear, and LT/HT Switchboard Design
• Knowledge of Protection relay and logic development will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of the selection of Automation component
• Having good command over AutoCAD and E-PLAN is a mandatory requirement

Education:

-Degree / Diploma Engineering in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation

Experience:

-Min 2 to 8 years of work experience in designing LT / HT Panel and Automation Panels.

Job Description

• To do the programming and logic development of assigned projects of Siemens Automation system as per the client's given specifications.
• Handling of Project Commissioning and FAT activity.
• Update project documentation.
• Provide online support for resolving client's technical issues.
• Visiting client sites for service support.

Educational Qualification

Engineering in EE, EC, IC or any other electrical discipline

Experience

2 to 5 years of experience as an Engineer Projects (Automation)

Desired Candidate profiles:

• The Candidate should be well conversant in the programming of Siemens PLCs (S7-200,300,400,1200,1500) and DCS PCS7, SCADA/HMI with TIA portal, WIN CC, SIMATIC etc.
• Knowledge of communications methods and protocols like CClink, Profibus, Modbus, Ethernet.

Job Description

• Ensure sales & marketing activities for the given region for LT Panel/ Industrial Automation products (Turnkey basis projects).
• Understanding the technical requirements of clients and coordinating with our Design, Projects and MFG team for preparing the solutions and offerings.
• Prepare the offer proposal with full accuracy and share it with clients in the given timeframe.
• Manage final negotiation to finalize the order from the client.
• Planning and reviewing the business activities to meet the given target.
• Maintain the data and periodic analytics up to date.
• To continually monitor the business progress of the region and accordingly take effective measures and corrective action.
• Always be on the lookout for new and related business opportunities to add to the bottom line.

Educational Qualification

Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/EC/IC

Experience

2 to 5 years of experience as an Engineer Sales (Turnkey Projects / LV Panel & Drives / Automation / Instrumentation)

Desired Candidate profiles:

• Having sound knowledge (Technical & Sales) of Industrial Automation, Drives, Switch Gears & LT Panel is must.
• Good client networking in diversified industries in the Surat and South Guj. region.
• Proven track record of higher sales performance.
• Having sound knowledge of Tendering, Turnkey & Projects.

Job Location

Objective of the Role:

Electrical project execution: Estimation, planning, order processing, outsourcing, site supervision, co-ordination with customer and third party.

Monitoring and co-ordination with different function within organization and escalation of non-compliance to complete project in timely manner.

Key roles and responsibilities are as below:

Key Accountabilities:

• Timely execution of projects as per kick off decision.
• Customer complaints resolution in time & customer satisfaction
• Kick-off meeting scheduling & effectiveness.
• Regular MIS on project to management decision.
• Contractual cost monitoring to minimise escalation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor project progress and conduct Weekly project review meetings to appraise the status and resolve challenges to expedite.
• Site activity management.
• Short supply management.
• Coordination with customers, contractors & other concerned parties.
• Coordination with marketing, production, and projects to close the site and get the completion certificate.
• Estimation of contractor work at site.
• Sub-Contracting work allocation.
• Analysis of customer complaints and plans to reduce the same.
• Co-ordinating with customer for CFAT scheduling.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Should be good at communication and co-ordination.
• Should have good eye for detail.
• Vigilant and should be good at proactively identifying the delays/issues and timely escalate it for effectively resolving the issues.
• Good at email correspondence.
• Good at managing MIS through MS Excel and making presentation in PowerPoint.

Must Criteria:

• Owning a vehicle with a driving license is a mandatory requirement.
• Preferably the candidate should be from Gujarat only OR ready to relocate to Surat, Gujarat.
